A voluptuous nude woman, cast in warm golden bronze, curls into and merges with the body of a cello — her head tipped back mid-song against its scrolled neck and f-hole. Mounted on a black plinth, it is the fullest statement of Dagan's lifelong fusion of the female form and the string instrument: the player has become the sounding body.
